Hey family!! thank you so much for the letters! Yes i s got here fine. Our mission President is really nice. So Mondays are P-days and I only have an hour and a half to write so I don't know how much emailing I will actually be able to do.

The field is much harder than you think. My companion is great! Her name is Sister Snyder. She is from California and has only been in the field for 7 weeks and is now training so right now we feel kind of lost.

So our area is different. In all honestly we feel lost. I feel lost because I know that I have a purpose to be here, but my mission is Argentina.  So a part of me is upset that I was called to go to Argentina but I'm in the middle of nowhere.... We are in a little town named Cochren and it is in the middle of no where. We are 2-3 hour away from the mission president. Cochren was actually part of a different mission area but it had to be closed down but the didn't want to close down Cochren so the gave it to the Atlanta mission.  The ward is nice but very small. The south is very different.

So more about our area, we are struggling. Usually there is 1 companionship in an area, but they sent 2.  The other girls in out apt. Sister Dias is actually serving her mission at Temple Sq. but for her proselyting time they sent her here to GA. She got here 5 weeks ago. Her Companion is Sister Mcrae She is a Visa waiter for Salta too! 

So two weeks ago when they got news about me and Sister Mcrae coming they decided that they were going to split the little rinky dinky town of cochren into two areas. We drive around in a car but because the only one that can drive is my companion, we have to drive the other companionship to their appoinments and where they need to go. Its so hard.

I don't want you to worry about me, but I also don't want to hide anything from you. But our proselyting area is not the most ideal and not the safest. PLEASE don't worry!! We do not tract or work in an area that we do not feel comfortable with, but most of our area (like 90%) is that kind of an area, so we are running out of things to do. 

The ward is great. The feed us everyday (and southern food... mmmmm).

Other than that Georgia is great! It is so beautiful here! I don't think I have see so many trees in my life! The weather is hot and HUMID!!! I feel like I hit a wall every time I walk outside! haha but its pretty here! Next time I will have pictures for you! I forgot my camera :(

OK so now I will answer your many questions.... :)

Yeah I sent a lot of stuff home but I'm going to have to send more. I was told that the Airplane that I will take to Argentina, they weigh our carry ons and they can only weigh 17 lbs. My teacher who served in Argentina said that you can get all of that stuff there. Hairspray, moose, hangers, etc. You might have to send the bug spray and sunscreen. But I honestly don't know what I can get rid of but I can figure it out! but yeah that's why I sent so much stuff home because I would have to get rid of more stuff here. So don't worry about me, I will be fine. Argentina IS civilized and has a ton of stuff :)

Have not been able to use Spanish yet, but I am still working on it:)

I'm so glad everything at home is good! CONNER!!! buddy! I am so sorry that you are not having a good baseball year! And I'm sorry that I can't be there to cheer you on BUT I have a scripture for you... Ether 12:27... This scripture has helped me a ton the last couple days! I know that it can be frustrating that your team may not be as you had hoped BUT I want you to think of all the things that you have become stronger at!! I have not seen you play, but from the letters I get I know you are doing AMAZING!!! Don't get down on yourself! I am going to commit you to do something. Conner, when you loose and feel upset with yourself, will you commit to count 10 things that you did GOOD during the game? This is a YES or NO Question!! Not a maybe or sure! You tell mom and dad what your answer is then tell me! Mom, Dad, make sure that he keeps his commitment! If he says YES (which he better) keep him to it! :)

So glad that you have trips coming up! Take LOTS of pictures and send them my way!!!

Well I have to go! I have not even read every ones letters yet but I have to email gma and gpa because I haven't for a while and I feel so bad!! 

Sorry if this letter sounds like a cry for help because its not. I just need to vent sometimes and talk to you. I really do miss that. Being able to just talk to you... anywho don't worry about me! I really am fine, I just don't want to lie to you saying that every thing is perfect.

Dear Brother and Sister Creason,

          We were so delighted to meet your daughter as she arrived in our mission on Tuesday and to be able to spend time orienting her to this new phase of her service.  On Wednesday morning we had our transfer meeting which included instruction to the missionaries, inspirational talks, some heartfelt testimonies including testimonies of departing missionaries, and assignments to their first companion and area of service. The 36 new missionaries all stood together before the rest of the congregation and sang “Called to Serve” which was very beautiful and inspirational. Following the meeting she and her companion traveled to Cochran to her first assignment.

I know she will prosper here in the days ahead and assure you that we will do everything in our power to help her find joy in her service and success in her labors.  Your weekly emails will do much to support her as she labors in this wonderful work.  Thank you so much for your support.

LOTS AND LOTS TO TELL YOU THIS WEEK!!!! IT HAS BEEN CRAZY GOOD!!!

So first off, I know where I have been reassigned!!! I am serving in GEORGIA ATLANTA!!!! I leave on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.  Hermana Buckholz and I are both going there! We are so excited!!! Better yet I get to call you.... TWICE!!

The MTC is letting missionaries call for 5 min to let them know where they are going! So tomorrow at 7:45 am I'm going to call your cell!

And I get to call you on Tuesday for a much longer time! So between 7-8:30 I will get to call you from the airport! I'm getting excited just thinking about it!!!

Haven't started packing yet, will do that tonight and on Sunday. I have been debating about my boots. The other girls all have boots that go up to their knee. I would have to send them back because of the money we spent on them, and I doubt you can return them and get a refund.... I will see where I am with weight when I'm packed :)

I actually have a confession to make... I knew you went to Disneyland :) In Maddie's first letter she said that she was excited to go with you guys and that she would miss me. It's all good! Honestly, I'm glad that you guys went!  It sounds like a blast!! And that is sooo cool that you got to see Bro. Cypert! Wish I could have been there but I have a better adventure ahead of me!!

ANGELS GAME???? Oh I bet that was a ton o fun!!! I really miss baseball!!Aand watching Conner play! Hey bud, tell me how your doin!!!

It's nice to hear that you haven't gotten over me yet and still cry :) And glad that the phone call from me makes you more excited than Disneyland!! haha that's a first!!

OK WHAT A WEEK!!! First I just want to brag a little bit.......

RICHARD G. SCOTT came and spoke to us and I was 6th row right in front of him!!!! AMAZING!!! It was incredible! We had no idea that he was coming. Our district just makes it a goal to sit as close as we can and it paid off! I was in tears the entire time! Most of his talk was about prayer but he first started off talking about us missionaries that are learning a new language. He basically said don't worry about it. And one thing that I will never forget... I don't think that this was for me, but I know that I was one of the many of what he did next.

Towards the end of his talk he must have taken his eyes off the teleprompter for a few seconds, looked around the room looked towards me (or at me, not sure if he did or not) but when he was giving his talk about prayer, I kept thinking "I have been praying so hard to get Spanish down, but I am still just slower than I want to be." thoughts like this kept going through my mind. Then when he looked around the room, his whole countenance changed. It looked like the Spirit just hit him with something. He then said that he felt inspired to bless the congregation. So over the pulpit, he gave us 3 blessings...

1. He blessed that we would master the language we are learning

2. He blessed our minds and our spirits that we would have peace as we learn

3. He blessed that if we used prayer, the burden of struggling through the language would be lifted...

and I'm sure you could guess that at that point I was bawling like a baby. (like grandma crying when a costco opens) yeah i was crying that bad ;)

It was incredible!! I will never forget it, because I know that He acted on an inspiration that has helped me a ton this week and will help me my entire mission! I know that I was part of the many people that needed that blessing, but it was just neat that he looked towards me, or even at me then proceeded with the blessings! JUST AMAZING!!!!

This week has had its ups and downs, mostly just because I'm really nervous about entering the field on Tuesday! Well I better get sending you the pictures, plus I have a TON of letters to write! Oh and one more thing, can you post my email on my facebook page? Just say that the Bretheren said that family and friends can email now and that I would love to hear from my friends!

Hola!!!!!

Santo Vaca!!!! (holy cow) 1 month down! 17 more to go :) I only have 10 days in the MTC!

 This week has had its lows but became a high!! but I will get to that later :)

Wasn't General Conference AMAZING?!?!?! Wait, I don't think it was just amazing.... It was FANFREAKIN FANTASTIC WITH 2 SNAPS AND A SMILE!!!! I loved every talk! It was fun being with the other missionaries here at the MTC and we all cheered when they talked about the 65,835 current missionaries. Without me, that number would be 65,834..... AHHHHHH :) it was so good! The thing with conference and being a missionary is that every talk that is given relates to you. Well it actually relates more to your investigators. Like when they would talk about Chastity. I have a lesson about chastity for one of  our investigators so it was nice because I was able to pull from the talk Elder Bednar gave. I loved every talk. During Priesthood session they had the sisters watch the YW general meeting. It was so good!

Oh I wish that they would have let us watch the MTC show between conference! I could have told you if they are making it sound enjoyable.... haha no the MTC is really great! Our classroom is small but 3 of our Elders got sent to the Colombia MTC so we have more room now:)

So I know you all really want to know about my VISA interview. It was great. No biggie, he just talked to me about Salta and about the people. He was very supportive and very nice to all of us. He basically just made sure that we were going to Argentina strictly for religion. Not to get a job or anything like that. He said that the reason Visas take so long is because there is only one person that can enter everything and get all the visa stuff ready for the consul to sign. So all I have to do now is wait. I know I don't have my visa now because Ii would have received travel plans yesterday but Esta Bien (its ok). Because we met with the consul before we left the MTC we will most likely be reassigned to a major airport.... I'm hoping New York :) 3 elders in our zone (they should have left on Tuesday to Argentina but they didn't have visas) but they got reassigned to Oklahoma City. So very high chances that I wont be here in Utah. (sorry grandma) But I will let you know as soon as I get it! So now you all can do another guessing game on where I am going to go :) its almost like opening another mission call.... exciting :) oh and by the way mom, I will be able to call home from the airport :) I bet that just made your day :)

 I HOPE DAD GETS AN INTERVIEW!!!! AGGHH.  I don't think I have ever prayed harder for that in my life!!!!! Plus I really want to see dad without his stash :)

I'm glad Conner is doing better. YEAH send me the picture of his tooth!  You can just send it to my email. Oh and I would love to get more pictures!  Just like you want to see my smiling face, I want to see yours :)

Spanish is better. This is what I was saying that I had a low point this week. So far our teachers have been really great but they are teaching too fast for me to learn. One of the teachers, brother Noltimire, must have noticed how much I was struggling. So during class,  he pulled me and my companion out to another room and just helped us. It was so nice that we got one on one because when I didn't understand he would help ME because there wasn't a class that was ready to move on. So Spanish is getting there. That night I also got dads letter talking about how I was the same way with my flute, but it took time (8 years) to just play it. That helped me realize that God has called me to speak Spanish and that I will learn it, if I try to. And just like my flute, I will be able to just speak :)

Speaking of my flute, I am actually playing it in sacrament meeting on Sunday. I am playing Beautiful Savior. My companion loves when I play it, I even taught her how to make the sound. She doesn't play anything but she loves to sing :) She lived in Hawaii for 6 years and loves to hula dance. She is a blast! We have become so close! We already know that we will be chillin once we get home :)

Hermana Creason

Hey there family!!! 3 weeks down! 3 to go! (at least in the MTC)

 So I first want to start by saying sorry because in my last letter I may have sounded a little home sick and I was. I missed you guys that day and that's why I kinda chewed you out for not writing me as much. I think what didn't help was that I went 5 days in a row without receiving a single letter and it hurt seeing the other girls talk about their families and I had nothing to say. but I got Yours and grandmas Easter package and I loved it! so did my companion!!

But yes I have gotten letters and packages. It was just those 5 days that I didn't hear from you and it dampened my spirit. I have gotten all of grandma and grandpas cards but have not received any dear elders from them. The first one I got was last night and grandma wrote it that day but that just means that I have 9 letters ready for me to open in Argentina :) You guys really are doing good with letters I PROMISE. last p-day I was just too home sick:) I love hearing from the cousins, aunts and uncles! Its so nice to hear about their lives and how they are doing!  My district loved the peeps and I was telling them how you actually go over the top with cupcakes. They said that at our district reunion, you are making cupcakes :)

 now to you letters :)

I am feeling much better, and yeah you are right. Bed rest in the MTC is NOT FUN!! I really didn't to anything. Worked on some Spanish, read the scriptures and preach my gospel, talked with my companion.... yeah that's about it :( now I just have an ear infection. The doctor said that they are common in the MTC. It is so annoying because it feels like I have water in my ears and it won't come out but its nothing a little amoxicillin can't help :)

Our lessons are going great!! We have 3 progressing investigators. They are actually our teachers but they are acting as an investigator that they taught. Juan is one that we taught last night. He has been to many different churches and wondered what makes ours so different. He was so hard to crack!! we first taught him about the restoration and the Book of Mormon. Our first two lessons with him were hard but last night he told us that when he prayed to know if the Book of Mormon was true, he had a peaceful feeling. We told him that it was the Holy Ghost confirming that la Inglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Ultimos es verdadero (the church is true) We told him that we are having a baptismal service on April 19 and asked if he would prepare himself to be baptized on that date with the proper authority of God and he accepted!!! No words could describe mine and Hermana Buckholz's joy. We could not help but to cry! It was so AMAZING!! Another of our investigators is Maria. She has committed so many sins in her life and she thinks that Heavenly Father is not going to forgive her. We taught her of the love God has for her and that she can repent of her sins. Big and small! We had her read Alma 36 and pray to know if she can be forgiven and she did!! She has agreed to go to church on Sunday, and I think she is really excited. Out last investigator is Ada. She is a single mom with a 6 year old daughter. She wants a better life for her daughter and for herself. We taught her that the gospel blesses families when you apply it to your life and work together as a family. We invited her to pray with her daughter and if they would like to come to church and they are coming too!! I love teaching! My Spanish is still really basic and my companion does most of the teaching but my favorite part of teaching is testifying of the truth! It may not be correct Spanish but I know that if I can share my testimony, the spirit will do the rest :) 

The days here at the MTC are unexplainable. I feel like I have been her for EVER!! but the days go by surprisingly fast. And our days are never the same. but I    will give you a brief overview

6:30 wake up and get ready

7:10 breakfast

11:45 lunch

4:45 dinner

9:30 return to residence

10:30 bed time

and in between meals we have the following gym for an hour, personal study for an hour, TALL (a computer program to help with the language) for an hour, class room instruction for 3 hours, another classroom instruction for 3 hours and on Tuesday evenings we have devotionals where we have a guest speaker.

 I'm so glad that you job is doing well! I was looking back on the letter of when you got the job and I agreed with everything you said! I am so grateful that we had the time together and that Heavenly Father knows when we need to be blessed!

I AM SO EXCITED FOR GENERAL CONFERENCE!!! It is going to be the best! I can't wait for them to say the numbers of current missionaries and on how the work is going!!! General conference weekend here is really laid back. No classes, no appointments, just a day of rest! It's nice because today is p-day and then two more days of stress free paradise!! I can't wait!!

 now my week :)

So I wrote you a letter telling you that I had no clue that Sunday was Easter.... Yeah I felt dumb Saturday night! haha Easter was really good! I wrote you about it in my letter but I will tell you again! So basically I was part of MTC history!! More than 3000 missionaries got together to partake of the sacrament. 40 Elders blessed the sacrament and 80 elders passed it. And it only took 15 minutes!!!! Our speaker was Bishop Gerald Causse. It was incredible!! My favorite thing that he said was "Missionary work works because of the atonement of Jesus Christ!" How powerful is that! It never dawned on my, that that is exactly what missionary work is! Bring others to Christ and helping them use the Atonement! AHHHHHH AMAZING!!! And the day was beautiful! We had a temple walk, took pictures, had testimony meeting. I just loved it!! I really did miss not being able for go Easter egg hunting in grandmas backyard but I wouldn't have missed this Easter for the world!! Later that evening Sheri Dew came and spoke to us about how Christ is our only chance. My favorite thing she said was "the pedigree of your spirit can be written on a single line. You are a child of God." LOVE IT!!!

Monday we said goodbye to a district in our zone. They were the oldest district when we came in and took really good care of us. We sang God be With you till we meet again in Spanish. I have chills just thinking of the song! It is so much more beautiful in spanish. I cried the whole time but of course I did because I inherited my crying ability from grandma!! :)

 Tuesday we had another speaker. Michael T. Ringwood of the Seventy. The new quote here at the MTC that he said was "We have the greatest message! Enlight the world and set it on fire!" So powerful because that is exactly what we are doing. Rekindeling the Light of Christ in mankind! Lighting the world on fire!!

Oh and one of my teachers actually served in Argentina! He searved in Benos Aries. He has told us a ton of stuff and I am getting more and more and more and more and more excited to go! Oh and he said Toms are like 5 pesos (around $2) EVEN MORE EXCITED!!! haha he also gave us ideas of great suveniers :)

I know that this gospel is true and I know the impact that the gospel has in our lives. It has been such a blessing to be able to practice teaching the gospel. I have never felt the spirit so strong!! I love teaching the gospel! I can not wait for the day that I will be able to say everything that I want in Spanish, but the greatest blessing is seeing how my words is not what converts its the spirit! So my testimony in Spanish may be short and the Spanish may not be correct but the Spirit makes it a testimony!

Yo se que la Inglesia de Jesucristo do los Santos de los Ultimos Dias es Verdadero. El Espiritu Santo gives me paz. Yo se que Jesucristo surio para nosotros pecados y por medio el expiacion do Jesucristo nosotros can return to Padre Celestial!
